Christine Pechstein is the only person with an uber creative and gutsy approach to pull off a training that takes on a serious issue, does it with extreme professionalism, and wraps her session up in all out, gut busting games.  It is an opportunity for people to learn about life balance and time management. Christine has taken the term "Happy Hour" to present fun options to individuals affected by a fast paced, non-stop life. She noticed at conferences, most stress busting by staff was taking place at the bar. Obviously, there are healthier and more productive ways to experience a happy life, and that is how "Happy Hour" was born. It is not a presentation that endorses or promotes alcohol consumption, but instead promotes living a balanced life with time for fun.
