Life Management for churches targets

COMPETITION

Competition for what, you ask? The answer is time and energy of it's members. The world is competing and winning. The world is determining how we spend our time.

Sure, you have a full house and every seat is filled in all services. But, how many of the individuals attending your churches are volunteering and actively involved in making those services happen? Out of every person walking through the doors, how many are giving their time to further the mission of the church?

10 people?

25?

50?

100?

How many churches have every member volunteering for at least one activity regularly?

Volunteering for one ministry regularly?

Volunteering for childcare regularly?

Volunteering for outreach and missions regularly?

Volunteering for greeting?

Volunteering in the church kitchen?

How many churches have every member volunteering and involved with one aspect and least once per month?

Once per quarter?

Once per year?

Are there a handful of individuals doing everything?

Are they burning out?

Could they burn out?

What are we competing against?

The world and all that's in it, that's what! People today are competing for time and energy to give to: Careers, Relationships, Kids, Spouses, Entertainment, TV, Sports, Music, Sleep, Community Activities, Church, Soccer, Extra time at the office, second jobs, and nine billion other things. And most times, God receives the left overs of our time...if there's anything left.

We have lost control of our time and where we spend it.

It's time to take it back.

My mission and passion:

I am a life balance coach. I am an extremely passionate life management consultant. I am on a mission to teach, encourage, and show every person and every church body HOW to balance their lives to contribute in their churches and communities, WHILE enjoying their families, improving their lives, advancing in their careers, and maintaining sanity while doing so.

But that's not the foundation of the balanced life. The balanced life STARTS with a Christ-centered life. Spirituality is the core of the balanced life and that life area begins with God. When believers get their priorities straight, they can stop serving many masters and start serving God, the Father of the Universe. And that is the most absolute foundation to eliminating chaos and the time and energy thiefs. We must learn to Give to God first, seek Him first, and follow the instructions He has given us to live a life to be more like Christ. We cannot do this until we first prioritize and balance our lives to be in alignment with our Father.

What I can do for you and your church:

I can give a presentation and workshop on Christ-centered life balancing. I teach what life balance is, how it works, and how priorities are set. Each person will have an opportunity to work on setting their personal priorities in nine different life areas, create a personal mission statement, learn how to create a family mission statement, and learn how to track where and how their time was spent. But, they not only learn how to track where their time was spent, but they also learn how to become accountable for HOW it was spent. Everything goes back to being in alignment with God.

Participants will actually breath a sigh of relief as they learn how to take back the control over the very things that are so important to them. Once they take control and reclaim what the world has dictated for them *how their time was spent*, they can begin to determine where *they* choose to spend their time in all nine life areas:

Spirituality

Relationships

Career

Community (which involves volunteering)

Finances

Entertainment

Rest and Relaxation

Health

Self Improvement

The workshops are affordable and easy to arrange. Typically your church determines a suitable location for the number of participants expected. Tickets for these workshops sell for $10-$20 depending upon length and number of participants. There are many creative and cost effective ways to bring this workshop to your church or community! One mission, for God, to move His people into action.

Every person has a purpose and a place to use it.
